Can you guarantee specific results?
While our clients achieve significant benefits from coaching and learning new processes, techniques and training, the nature of coaching means we are unable to offer any guarantees as to the specific results that will be achieved. The role of the coach is to empower the client, but it is not the role of the coach to make decisions on behalf of the client or to ‘run' the business. The ultimate responsibility for results always rests with the client.
What is the Astute coaching structure?
The level of business coaching you receive depends greatly on the strategy you choose, such as Business Coaching, Business Mentoring, Business Improvement, Business Planning or any of our Coaching Products.
However, an example of an effective program could be: 50 minute sessions, 4 times per month - either over the phone or face-to-face. This is supplemented by "E-Coaching" by email at no extra charge, plus the occasional "Power Coaching Call" (5 minutes) to share a success or raise a discussion point for the next session. You must also commit to completing the fieldwork for each session, which assists and empowers you with the learning, growth, action and results that lead to ongoing successes.

How long would we work together?
Generally clients seek massive change to re-invigorate and transform their business - to obtain this level of transformation and achieve breakthrough results a program must run from 12 to 18 months. As a bare minimum, a 3-month program of 12 sessions will enable some change to occur.
It's common for clients to start with a 3 to 6-month program and build on those achievements. Very simply, Brian suggests to clients that they stay for as long as they love the coaching - and the results!

What if I decide not finish the coaching term?
If at some point during the coaching you're not getting value, we'll both know it. You may cease coaching at the end of any four week cycle, and get a full refund for the unused portion of your coaching product. You would then be charged at the normal monthly rate for the coaching you have used, rather than any discounted rate.
